C166 Development Company, LLC is primarily an energy development company that utilizes proprietary technology to provide low cost solutions for energy production and to clean flue gases to meet reduced federal and state air emission limits for NOX, SO2, particulate matter and mercury. The capital and operating costs of these technologies are lower than competing technologies, and it is the intent of the company to provide these solutions to permit customers to escape the high cost of oil and natural gas fuel sources. Additionally, C166 has developed technology for the removal of arsenic in groundwater and mercury from industrial waste.

	Biomass Development Company is dedicated to increasing the use of biomass in power and steam production as a way to reduce the adverse impact of coal. One of the best ways to accomplish this goal in the near future is to introduce biomass into coal-fired power plants as a fuel to replace coal.
	Peerless Development Company, LLC is a three million, five hundred thousand ton coal located outside of Racine, West Virginia. The coal has tested out as a high volatile Metallurgical Coal. We are currently permitting this site for a contour strip and highwall mining operation.
