"PAT" WELLS - Former President of Utility Fuel Subsidiary - responsible for organizing and managing a utility fuel subsidiary for acquiring fuel and transportation for coal-burning utility company. Additional experience includes utility system planning, management of the electric power rate department, utility corporate modeling and negotiating bulk power interchange contracts.


FREDERICK J. MURRELL - Former Vice President of Coal Traffic of Large Railroad - responsible for rate design and contract negotiation on behalf of railroad for both domestic and export coal shipments. Experience includes deep water coal transportation. Additional experience includes position of vice president of operations responsible for procurement of coal and coal transportation for multi-million ton coal-burning utility. As an attorney, additional experience includes position of corporate counsel for large U.S. utility company. Education includes bachelors degree in economics, juris doctor degree.


J. ROBERT LEWIS - Former Manager of Fuels Department of Multi-Million Annual Ton Coal Utility - responsible for purchasing coal and transportation of over 40 million tons of coal annually. Additional experience includes position of Vice President of large coal mining company, with planning and sales responsibilities. Education includes bachelors degree in economics and MBA.


SAM STARRETT - Former Executive of U.S. Departments of State and Commerce - responsible for country evaluation and export support of U.S. companies selling technology and products to several countries around the world. Education includes a bachelors degree with emphasis on electrical engineering and graduate studies in international management and economics.


ANITA E. LAMBERT - Multilingual Marketing and Transportation Manager - responsible for marketing and transportation of coal in domestic and international markets, coal contract administration and quality assurance. Additional experience includes international shipping contracts, financial analysis and contract negotiations. Fluent in several languages. Received bachelors degree in foreign languages.


BOB KING - Former Mining Manager of Large Indonesian Coal Company - responsible for mine planning and operations of multi-million ton coal production company, including acquisition analysis and assessment of reserves and production capacity of acquisition candidates in Indonesia and Australia. Fluent in Indonesian and Malaysian. Education includes a bachelors degree in mining, post graduate business management studies, finance and accounting.


EDWARD A. ZAWADZKI - Coal Combustion Consultant; Pelletizing of Coal; Burner Technologies - responsible for evaluation of coal and coal combustion technologies for numerous coal-fired electric utility companies in the United States. Expertise includes coal cleaning and coal pelletizing. Education includes a bachelors degree in economics, accounting and post graduate studies in economics and finance.


KARL G. MUELLER - International Maritime Consultant - innovator of customized domestic and international transportation logistic concepts. Experience includes financial management of international shipping business with extensive knowledge of domestic and international maritime industries. Education includes a bachelors degree, master mariner, and a masters degree in business administration.
